An Important Update Regarding Margaritaville at Sea Paradise:
Due to severe weather in the Palm Beach area, the port authority has advised that Margaritaville at Sea Paradise will not be able to return to the Port of Palm Beach on Tuesday, October 27, as scheduled. Weather permitting, we now expect to arrive on Wednesday, October 28.
We know this change may affect your travel plans, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
What this means for you
If you pre-purchased a package priced per day, such as a beverage or Wi-Fi package, you’ll receive a prorated refund as Refund Credit on your stateroom account. Refund Credit has cash value and can be applied to service charges or gratuities. Any unused balance will be refunded to your original form of payment approximately 7–10 business days after your voyage ends. Refund amounts are based on the information available today and may be adjusted if weather conditions, the itinerary, or port guidance change.
As a thank-you for your patience, each stateroom will also receive a $50 Future Cruise Credit toward a future Margaritaville at Sea sailing.
