Cozumel Two-Dive Certified Scuba Diving
Cozumel’s currents make legends, and this two-tank trip leans all the way in. Whether you're an experienced scuba diver or newly certified, enjoy some of the best drift diving at Arrecifes de Cozumel National Marine Park, known for its spectacular coral formations. Expect easy drifts, high-definition visibility, and a reel of marine life that might include rays, lobsters, and the occasional nurse shark. It’s a greatest-hits tour of Cozumel’s Marine Park, crafted for certified divers who want maximum water time and minimal fuss.
Certified divers must present a valid certification “C” card upon arrival in order to participate and must have logged a dive within the last 2 years. A signed letter of authorization from a personal medical doctor to dive will be needed if any part of the safety waiver form is completed with a yes.
Things You Should Know
- Minimum age is 15 years
- All of the dive locations are within the Arrecifes de Cozumel National Marine Park and everything is strictly hands-off
- The first dive site is chosen depending on all divers experience and the day's conditions; second dive site is captain's choice
- Divers aged 10-14 may participate but per park regulations are required to pay an additional fee directly to tour operator for a personalized dive master. All guests should coordinate this service with the shore excursion team once on board.
- Walk from port to dive boat is approximately 10 minutes
- Additional food and beverages are available for purchase
- All dive equipment (BCD, regulator, 2 tanks, mask & fins) included
- Wetsuits and lockers available for rent at extra cost
- The use of Full Face Mask (FFM) requires special training. Divers who wish to bring a FFM, need to bring a FFM Certification Card and all proper accessories.
- Nitrox is available for purchase and divers must bring Nitrox Certification. All guests should coordinate this service with the shore excursion team once on board.
- Swimwear, beach footwear, towel, sunglasses, hat, and reusable water bottle recommended for guests to bring
- All sunscreens are prohibited
- Rash-guards are strongly recommended for guests to bring
- Not recommended for guests with congestion, cold, ear infection, diabetes, a history of seizures, dizziness or fainting, respiratory problems, such as asthma, emphysema, tuberculosis or covid-19, a history of heart conditions, or ear infection
