Things You Should Know

  • As of November 1, Blue Lagoon will no longer accept cash payments. Accepted forms of payment include all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
  • All guests are required to sign a waiver prior to check-in; Parents required to complete waivers on behalf of minors
  • Life vests are provided and required to be worn by all guests under 18 for the duration of the Dolphin Encounter and recommended for guests over 18
  • To ensure the safety of animals and guests, personal cameras, cell phones, GoPros or other electronic devices are not permitted on the platform during the animal program
  • Guests aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a ticketed parent or guardian over 18 years old also participating in the Dolphin Encounter
  • No drones, scuba equipment or metal detectors are permitted on Blue Lagoon
  • Guests must have the ability to go up and down ladders to access the floating platform
