Things You Should Know

  • Guests must be 18 years or older to consume alcohol
  • All guests 17 and under must be accompanied by a ticketed adult
  • Some activities and amenities may have specific age restrictions
  • All guests must shower before entering the ocean
  • Floating Park may be evacuated or closed due to weather or operational conditions
  • Eyeglasses are not permitted on the Floating Park unless non-breakable lenses and frames are used
  • Guests must wear swimsuits without rivets, zippers, or metal accessories to access the Floating Park
  • Guests should be aware that some services, activities, or amenities are first-come, first-served or weather-dependent
  • All injuries must be reported immediately to park staff
  • Food and beverage not included; available for purchase at the Beach Food Park and bar
  • Access to Floating Park, water bicycles, snorkel gear, towels, lounge chairs, umbrellas, and life vests included (availability is limited and first-come, first-served)
  • Lifeguard, paramedic, and marine rescue unit on site
  • Reef-safe sunscreen, sunglasses, hat or cap, light cover-up or rash guard, flip-flops or sandals recommended
  • Guests should bring a beach bag, waterproof phone or camera case, water shoes, and cash or credit card
  • Valid ID required for age verification
  • Not wheelchair accessible; guests must be able to climb approximately 20 stairs
  • Access to the Floating Park is prohibited for guests with:
    • Fear of heights
    • Influence of alcohol or drugs (including prescription medication)
    • Pregnancy or nursing
    • Medical conditions such as back, neck, joint, muscular, or heart issues
    • Recent surgeries (within 6 months)
    • Any condition that may pose a risk during physical activity
