Board an air-conditioned motor coach through Willemstad's Otrobanda, crossing the Queen Juliana Bridge 185 feet above the harbor on the way to Landhuis Chobolobo. The Dutch colonial estate has been distilling Blue Curaçao from Valencia orange peel since 1886, and the guided tour includes a sampling and the chance to take a bottle home. The route continues to an aloe vera farm for the production process and a taste of fresh aloe juice, then on to Serena's Art Factory, where local women hand-paint Chichi sculptures, figurines named for the women of Curaçao and finished in tropical colors that make every piece unique.
