Aruba Island & Seaworld Explorer Adventure
The Seaworld Explorer is a semi-submarine, sitting partly below the water's surface and letting you look through large windows at what passes outside without getting in. Aruba's reef makes for a compelling view, but the tour saves its best moment for the Antilla Shipwreck, a 440-foot German freighter sunk during World War II that now rests on the seafloor off the island's northwest coast. The vessel moves slowly around the wreck as the crew narrates from above. The second half of the day shifts to land, following a motorcoach circuit through the California Lighthouse, Casibari Rock Formations, Natural Bridge Ruins, Baby Natural Bridge, and the Bushiribana Gold Mill Ruins. It's a chance to experience Aruba from every angle, showcasing what makes the island unlike anywhere else in the Caribbean.
