Arikok National Park & Baby Beach Adventure
Nearly a fifth of Aruba's land falls within Arikok National Park, and the contrast it holds against the resort side of the island is immediate. Your open-air safari vehicle moves through cactus-dotted desert terrain to Boca Prins, where towering sand dunes meet crashing surf in one of the island's most dramatic viewpoints. Next, explore Fontein Cave, where ancient Arawak rock drawings still mark the cave walls, offering a glimpse into the island's earliest inhabitants. Guadirikiri Cave is the tour's visual highlight, its ceiling pierced by natural openings that send shafts of light through the chambers in a way that resists photography. The afternoon closes at Baby Beach, a protected crescent of calm, shallow water on the island's southern tip, where there's time to swim, relax, or simply soak in the peaceful setting.
